ADE's (Latin America Energy Organization) XLVI Meeting of Ministers of Energy was held on November 25th, 2016 in Quito, Ecuador, where Energy Ministers and officials of the 27 member countries of OLADE, as well as other personalities participated. The main subject discussed at the meeting was, “The Strategic Partnership for Sustainable Energy Development for Latin America and the Caribbean" to achieve sustainable energy development by 2030.
The XLVI MEETING OF MINISTERS commenced with keynote speaker, His Excellency Jorge Glas Espinel, Vice President of Ecuador and concluded with the election of a new Executive Secretary, Dr. Numar Alfonso Blanco Bonilla of Uruguay.
