Mystery Shoppers (10 placements)
Shoppers will assist with monitoring and evaluating the quality of services being offered to citizen and customers. More specifically, this programme aims to evaluate the impact of the recent Front-line Customer Service training offered to Public Officers, while also gauging the quality for some basic components of service delivery across the Public Service.
