The publication of a monthly newsletter is in keeping with the Ministry of the Public Service’s plans and objectives , thus a cross-cutting tool to promote and communicate the several programs for which it is responsible. As such, the newsletter aims to….
· improve communication and information sharing,
· act as a platform for recognition & appreciation, and
· a model or practice to be replicated in other ministries and departments
